Prixton T1000 touch screen not working

I need help on prixton T1000 tablet, I have tried WM8650_Universal_Uberoid_v12.1_22SEP2012-TekNotes_Leeh33_HcH and selected 18 and 19 also but the tablet boots ok but the touch screen is not working, can any one suggest me some rom or firware which can help repair the drivers of touch screen.

Hey so i own a MID 729 with wm8850(wm8850-mid) i updated firmware and touch now does not work. i use fmaker and it has a bunch of touch options. any idea which one would be the right one for me? or any help would be appreciated. was a gift for someone now its a paper weight. any help please i can even send paypal money if it fixes the problem thanks

I just Bought this tablet (its brand name is Share Android Tablet ).. but i have a problem ... The tablet suddenly turn of .. it says that Connect to the charger but the battery is in full charged .. can anyone help me . with this problem

Tablet stuck on loading screen?

Just had this problem today, turned it off and on multiple times but it just stays on the loading screen where it says "android"
This is where I bought it from: MID 7" Android 4.0 Tablet

Android version: 4.0.4
Baseband version: 1.5
Kernal version: 3.0.8+

What can I do to fix this problem?

The Problem:
I recently bought this tablet, but haven't really done anything with it, then decided to give it to my Step Dad. Turns out he's left and doesn't want it anymore so I have it back. I'm trying to sell it, but I need to do a Factory Reset on it first. Problem is, I don't know the 9-Pin...

What am I not understanding? I am attempt to reinstall the software for my tablet. WM8650. I have the files I need: ramdisk (image file), system (image file), uImage (file), updater (file), and userdata (image file). Why can I not just copy these files to my micro sd card and they install? I have tried to create a bootable sd card. Some method I have tried over the past few days are, just reformat the sd card in FAT32, IUW1.2.exe (but it ask for *.ius files which I do not have),...

This is the new dual-core Cortex-A9 from Wondermedia.

Has anyone managed to find a UART/serial header on these tablets yet?

There is a small set of solder pads on the bottom (8 pads @ 1.27mm), but I can't confirm they are a UART.

Basically, I was stupid and flashed a rom onto my VIA 8850 without backing up
So now OS wont work

However, before i flashed, I wrote down the firmware, which is this:

wmid-user 4.0.4 IML74K_120824.1641 test-keys

Does anybody know where I can find this firmware?
The device has a 1Ghz processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4GB internal memory, and a front facing camera only

I am more of a pc guy, tablets are new to me.
So far I have figured out that I should update the firmware, root it.
And try to Upgrade from Ice Cream Sandwich to Jelly Bean if posible.
I am a little confused about the terms, information about this is often sparce and convoluted.
It seems every one has their own way of doing things.
But it sounds like I need to flash, burn and unbrick this thing.
I am hopeing there is someone who is familiar with this plague of constant lockups.
And help me find...

Got a generic tablet and was stuck on Android Logo
Tablet has WM8880 chip and looks like SunnyCube V7 or Via V7
No manufacturer markings on inside or outside of case

Screen info: SeaStar
BOE7D35LED HQ
ALD B0017-01A0
130503 00035

Installed firmware:

VIA V7 WM8880 firmware_20130704 and
FirmwareInstall+中性1.0.0 for wm8880 Phone Tablet.rar and return to
VIA V7 WM8880 firmware_20130704

Now will boot but the touch screen does not work.
Displays home screen but can not...

I have had this for about a year have used only a few times it has been packed away and i dug it out to take to work with me. AND it will not load past the green android man.:(

Have Tablet that may be a WonderMedia V7 with WM8880 chip.
Need to find and download latest firmware.
Also looking for User Manual.

Loaded VIA V7 WM8880 firmware_20130704
Tablet now boots but Touch Screen does not work
or is locked. Not sure if this was the proper firmware.

Maybe a better fit factory firmware for opnew op-8880
No reply from message to manufacturer web site.
Any download info would be helpful

Any help is appreciated
